Welcome to Auven Labs. These terms cover our website and every app we publish. By using our site or apps, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use our products.
1. Use of Our Apps
Auven Labs LLC builds iOS apps for healthy habits and everyday life. Some of our apps use Apple's Screen Time API to temporarily lock selected apps as part of their core function. You may only use our apps for their intended purpose. Any misuse, including attempts to bypass or manipulate their features, is prohibited.
2. No Account Required
Our apps don't require accounts or sign-ups. Your settings and progress are stored locally on your device.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Our apps are free to download; some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own policies.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers for things like anonymized usage analytics. No personally identifiable information is stored on external servers. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use our apps for unlawful or unintended purposes.
- Reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent their core functions.
- Exploit bugs or errors.
We reserve the right to restrict access if our apps are used in ways that violate these terms.
6. Age Requirement
Our apps are intended for general audiences and rated accordingly on the App Store. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors.
7. Health Disclaimer
Some of our apps encourage walking, movement, and healthy habits. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice. Activity data comes from Apple Health and may not be perfectly accurate. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and use your own judgment about what is safe for you.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our site and apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding effectiveness, availability, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auven Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
