This Privacy Policy explains how Auven Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website or our iOS apps. By using our products, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect or store personal data like your name, email address, or IP address. Our apps require no accounts or sign-ups. However, certain information is collected automatically to improve our apps' functionality and performance. This includes:
- Crash logs (so we can fix bugs)
- Anonymized app usage data (such as screens visited and features used)
- Device information (such as device model, iOS version, and language settings)
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may collect standard, anonymized visitor analytics. The site itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use this information to:
- Monitor app performance
- Diagnose bugs and crashes
- Understand general user behavior (e.g., time spent in app, screen views)
- Improve our apps and onboarding experiences
All analytics data is anonymized and is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
3. Health Data & Screen Time
Some of our apps read data from Apple Health (such as steps and walking distance) with your permission. Health data is read and used entirely on your device — it is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Some of our apps use Apple's Screen Time technology to temporarily lock apps you select. Apple designed this system so that we never learn which apps you choose or how you use them.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party tools to operate our apps, including Apple's App Store for purchases and anonymized product analytics providers. These providers may collect anonymized data according to their own privacy practices. No personally identifiable information is intentionally transmitted.
5. Your Privacy Controls
Since no user accounts are created, there is no user profile to delete. Your settings and progress live on your device and are removed when you delete the app. Your data may be synced or backed up through your personal iCloud account, which we cannot access. If you wish to request deletion of analytics data associated with your device, contact us at admin@auvenlabs.io and we will process your request.
6. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware of unintentional data collection from a child, we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
